Refunds for ticket purchases are available up to 30 days prior to the event start date. After this period, all sales are considered final unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@confera.com with your ticket details. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Refunds may be subject to transaction or processing fees, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying our team at least 7 days before the event. Provide the new attendee's full name and email address.
In the unlikely event that Confera is canceled, all attendees will receive a full refund. We will notify all registered participants via email.
Refunds requested due to medical emergencies or extraordinary personal circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
